si6xs Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "si6xs" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at si6xs.lat, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who has registered a si6xs account or who accesses any part of the si6xs platform.
• "Account" means a registered si6xs user account, uniquely identified by a username and linked to a verified Pakistani mobile number.
• "PKR" or "Rs" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole settlement currency on the si6xs platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a User using funds held in their si6xs account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits allocated to a User's si6xs account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required by si6xs before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds or upon account review.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which si6xs access or use is restricted by applicable law or by si6xs policy as listed in Clause 3.

2.1   By registering an account on the si6xs platform, by making a deposit, by placing a wager, or by using any service offered by si6xs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, policies, and promotional terms published on the si6xs platform from time to time.

2.2   If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the si6xs platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting si6xs support.

2.3   These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and si6xs. You acknowledge that you have read and understood them and that you are accepting them without any duress, misrepresentation, or misunderstanding.

3.1   The si6xs platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to si6xs by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform as a natural person, in your own name, for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or institutional account registrations are not permitted.
• You are not accessing si6xs from a jurisdiction where online gambling or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of si6xs or any of its affiliated gaming service providers.
• You have not previously been subject to a permanent account suspension or self-exclusion on the si6xs platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

3.2   si6xs reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by si6xs may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4.1   Each User may maintain only one (1) registered account on the si6xs platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. si6xs employs automated and manual detection processes to identify and consolidate duplicate accounts.

4.2   During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the account balance.

4.3   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your si6xs Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. si6xs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login information.

4.4   You must notify si6xs support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your registered mobile number or email address.

• Account information updates, including mobile number changes, require identity verification before they take effect.
• si6xs reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to an inactivity review process.

5.1   All financial transactions on si6xs are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). si6xs does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are charged by si6xs; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of si6xs.

5.2   Accepted Deposit Methods: si6xs accepts deposits via JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed at the time of deposit.

5.3   Deposits from sources other than payment methods registered in the User's own name are prohibited. si6xs reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to apply appropriate account restrictions pending investigation.

5.4   Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless a specific account verification process has been completed authorising an alternative method. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed basic KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted for amounts exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction, or Rs 200,000 in any 30-day period, are subject to enhanced KYC review.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• si6xs targets withdrawal processing times of under 3 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and under one hour for bank transfers during banking hours. These are target times and are not guaranteed, as processing speeds may be affected by the payment provider's systems.
• si6xs reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

6.1   All bets and game rounds placed on si6xs are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket sportsbook, live casino, slot games, Tongits Go, Pool Rummy, and any other game type offered on the platform. Product-specific rules are published within each respective game section of the si6xs platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2   A bet or wager is considered accepted and binding on both parties only when si6xs's system has confirmed the bet and a unique bet reference number has been generated. Verbal or informal indications of betting intention carry no contractual weight.

6.3   si6xs reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any game round where:

• The odds, game outcome, or prize calculation was affected by a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake.
• The outcome of the relevant sports event is in dispute or under official investigation by the relevant governing body.
• There is credible evidence that the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any integrity violation affecting the underlying event.
• A Force Majeure event — including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or systemic technical failure — prevents the normal completion of the relevant event or game.

6.4   Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game tables on si6xs. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by si6xs at any time. Individual account stake limits may also be applied by si6xs at its discretion, including in response to account-level risk assessments.

7.1   si6xs offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

7.2   Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a si6xs account must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of funds derived from the bonus (or winnings generated by it) is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified in the promotion terms; incomplete wagering at expiry results in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3   Eligible Games. Not all games on si6xs contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of each qualifying wager; live casino table games and card games may contribute at a reduced rate; some game categories may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. The applicable contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.

7.4   Abuse Prevention. si6xs monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Accounts found to be systematically abusing si6xs bonuses may have their bonus access removed, their balances adjusted to remove bonus-derived winnings, and may face account suspension.

• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address is permitted unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between si6xs accounts.
• si6xs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any active promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

8.1   The following actions are strictly prohibited on the si6xs platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one si6xs account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the si6xs platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of the sporting event on which a wager has been placed.
• Using the si6xs platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner to generate profit at si6xs's expense.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward si6xs staff, agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

8.2   si6xs's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is made at its sole reasonable discretion. Users have the right to appeal such determinations through the si6xs dispute resolution process described in Clause 15.

9.1   si6xs is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The si6xs platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from every registered account's dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced by the Player at any time with immediate effect. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders that display a notification after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary suspension of betting and gaming activity, ranging from 24 hours to 90 days, may be self-applied and takes effect immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a minimum 6-month self-exclusion, during which all access to the si6xs platform, all promotional communications, and all deposit functionality will be suspended. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its expiry date.

9.2   si6xs may impose mandatory responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns associated with problem gambling behaviour. Players subject to such restrictions will be notified and provided with information about available support resources.

10.1   si6xs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable supplementary rules.
• si6xs has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other unlawful activity in connection with the account.
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by si6xs following a formal request.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted and confirmed by si6xs.
• Continued operation of the account would expose si6xs to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

10.2   Upon account closure that is not attributable to a breach of these Terms by the User, any verified cash balance remaining in the account will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC clearance. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon closure.

10.3   Users may voluntarily close their si6xs account at any time by submitting a closure request to the si6xs support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

11.1   All content on the si6xs platform — including but not limited to the si6xs brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, data feeds, odds compilations, game mechanics, and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of si6xs or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

11.2   Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the si6xs platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on si6xs content or software.

11.3   Any unauthorised use of si6xs intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

12.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, si6xs's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with their use of the si6xs platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2   si6xs shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if si6xs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3   si6xs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. si6xs shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, telecommunications network issues, or Force Majeure events.

13.1   si6xs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, si6xs will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via the email address or mobile number held on the account, or by means of a prominent notice on the si6xs platform.

13.2   Continued use of the si6xs platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using si6xs and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

13.3   The current version of these Terms and Conditions, including the effective date and version number, is always available at si6xs.lat/terms-conditions. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

14.1   These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under si6xs's international operating licence.

14.2   si6xs operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. The terms of that licence, including its regulatory requirements regarding player fund protection, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming standards, are incorporated into these Terms by reference to the extent applicable to User rights.

14.3   Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that Users may have under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

15.1   If you have a question about these Terms or a complaint about your si6xs account, you should contact the si6xs support team in the first instance. The si6xs support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat within the platform. The team aims to resolve all queries within 24 hours of initial contact.

15.2   If your complaint cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, it will be escalated to the si6xs Disputes Team. You will receive a formal acknowledgement within 2 business days and a substantive written response within 10 business days of the escalation date.
