si6xs Privacy Policy

1.1   The data controller responsible for personal data collected through the si6xs platform is si6xs, the operator of the online gaming and sports betting service available at si6xs.lat. References to "si6xs", "we", "us", or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to the si6xs platform operator in its capacity as data controller.

1.2   si6xs operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. In its capacity as data controller, si6xs is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the platform, and for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable data protection standards and the requirements of its operating licence.

2.1   si6xs collects personal data through several channels: directly from Users during account registration and operation, automatically through platform usage and device interaction, and from third-party service providers involved in payment processing and identity verification. 2.2   si6xs does not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for identification purposes beyond KYC liveness checks, health data, or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation. If any such data is inadvertently submitted by a User, si6xs will delete it upon discovery.

3.1   si6xs processes personal data only for the purposes set out below. We do not use your data for any purpose that is incompatible with the original purpose for which it was collected without providing prior notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.

• Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your si6xs account, including processing login requests, updating account information, and managing account security settings.

• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable law, including anti-money laundering legislation, counter-terrorism financing requirements, age verification obligations, and gaming licence conditions.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud detection, platform security, abuse prevention, and internal analytics, where si6xs's legitimate interests in protecting the platform and its users are not overridden by the User's privacy rights.

5.1   si6xs uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the si6xs.lat platform to enable essential site functionality, remember user preferences, maintain login sessions, and collect anonymised analytics data to improve the platform experience for Pakistani players.

5.2   The following categories of cookies are used on the si6xs platform:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function. These include session cookies that maintain your login state, security tokens, and load-balancing cookies. These cannot be disabled without materially impairing platform functionality.

• Payment Service Providers: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. Each payment provider operates under its own privacy policy and data protection obligations.

8.1   si6xs retains personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory, or licensing obligations. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of the account's active period, plus a minimum of five (5) years following permanent account closure, as required by anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction data — including all PKR deposits and withdrawals processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• KYC Documents: Identity and age verification documents are retained for the account's active period plus five (5) years following closure, in line with si6xs's regulatory obligations.
• Gaming History: Betting and gaming activity records are retained for five (5) years from the date of the activity, or longer where required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Support Communications: Live chat logs and email correspondence with si6xs support are retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication.

8.2   Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with si6xs's data destruction procedures.

9.1   si6xs employs a multi-layered technical and organisational security framework to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Key security measures include:

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmitted between the player's device and si6xs servers.
• AES-256 encryption for personal and financial data stored at rest on si6xs's secured infrastructure.

10.2   si6xs will acknowledge all data rights requests within 5 business days of receipt and will provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. In cases of complex or multiple requests, si6xs may extend this period by a further 30 days, with prior notification to the User.

10.3   si6xs may request additional identity verification before processing a data rights request, to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to or modified by an unauthorised party. si6xs will not charge a fee for processing data rights requests unless the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

10.4   Where si6xs declines to action a data rights request — for example, because it conflicts with a legal retention obligation — si6xs will provide a written explanation of the reason for the refusal and information about the User's right to challenge this decision.

11.1   The si6xs platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. si6xs does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21 and takes active steps during the registration and KYC process to prevent underage access.

11.2   Where si6xs has reason to believe that personal data has been submitted by an individual under the age of 21, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all personal data submitted by or relating to that individual will be flagged for review, and the data will be deleted to the extent consistent with regulatory obligations, once the underage status is confirmed.

12.1   si6xs may send promotional communications — including bonus offers, new game announcements, cricket betting tips, and responsible gaming information — to registered players who have not opted out of marketing communications. Marketing messages may be delivered via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number or via email.

12.2   You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email sent by si6xs.
• Updating your notification preferences in the "Account Settings" section of your si6xs account dashboard.

12.3   Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications, such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts, and updates to si6xs's Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, which will continue to be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

13.2   Where a material change is made to this Privacy Policy that would adversely affect your privacy rights, si6xs will notify registered players via email to the address held on their account at least 30 calendar days before the change takes effect.

13.3   Continued use of the si6xs platform following the effective date of a Privacy Policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not accept the revised Privacy Policy, you must cease using the si6xs platform and may request account closure and data deletion in accordance with Clause 10.

14.2   si6xs aims to resolve all privacy enquiries within 30 calendar days of receipt. If your concern cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct contact with si6xs, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, or with the supervisory authority in the jurisdiction where si6xs is established under its gaming licence.
